82DASH Creator Guidelines
These guidelines help you understand what’s expected when you share content on 82DASH.
They summarise the key points from our Terms of Service.
By submitting content, you agree to those Terms
- so it’s important to read them in full before uploading.
Who Can Participate
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country).
You don’t need an account to upload content – just a valid email address for confirmation and updates.
What You Can Upload
Upload only content that you created yourself, or that you fully own the rights to.
Make sure everyone visible in your photo or video has agreed to be included.
Avoid content that:
Includes copyrighted music, logos, or materials you don’t own
Contains hate speech, violence, or discrimination
Shows illegal, unsafe, or misleading activity
Infringes on privacy or image rights
What Happens When You Upload
When you submit content through 82DASH, you keep ownership of it.
You also grant the brand or company that requested it a licence to use it.
That licence lets the brand:
Use your content worldwide and forever
Share it on websites, ads, social media, packaging, and printed materials
Adapt or crop it (without misrepresenting you)
You won’t lose ownership, but you can’t withdraw permission once the brand has accepted your submission.
Fair Use and Transparency
You’ll always see the licence terms before you upload – nothing is hidden.
Once you confirm, the brand may feature your content publicly or in paid campaigns.
If you receive a reward or incentive, it must be clearly disclosed wherever your content is shared (in line with advertising laws).
Respect and Conduct
Treat everyone involved respectfully – no harassment, discrimination, or pressure to change your submission.
Keep communication with brands and 82DASH professional and constructive.
82DASH reserves the right to remove content or restrict access if guidelines are breached.
Good Practice Tips
Use natural light and show real moments – brands value authenticity.
Read the campaign brief carefully before uploading.
Double-check that you’re comfortable with how your content could be used.
Keep a copy of your submission for your records.
