Creating a 82DASH Account

Your 82DASH account is your home for real, authentic video and image content - created by your customers, your community, and the wider public.

It’s where you create campaigns, manage uploads, and store rights-cleared, customer-generated photos and videos that you can confidently use across your marketing and sales channels.

You can register using your email and password, or through Single Sign-On (SSO) for faster setup. Once you’ve answered a few company-based questions, your account is ready - and so is your first content request.

These short questions help us personalise your experience and improve 82DASH for different industries. Your legal company name ensures correct attribution of content rights, while your brand or display name is what contributors see on campaign pages and in communications.

Authenticity begins with transparency - a complete and accurate profile builds trust with creators and keeps your company compliant.

During registration, you’ll also be asked to review and agree to our Terms of Service for Companies and Privacy Policy, which outline your responsibilities, content licence terms, and data protection commitments under GDPR and similar laws.

For EU companies, 82DASH processes all company data in accordance with GDPR, ensuring all personal and business information is handled securely and lawfully.

Adding Your Social Links

After someone uploads a photo or video, they’re emotionally invested in your brand - that’s the perfect time to strengthen the connection.

Add your social media links so contributors can follow, tag, and share their authentic customer-generated content directly to their audiences.

You can add or update social links in your company settings at any time. We recommend including two or three main platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin) for best visibility.

These icons appear on your upload success page, turning the end of the submission into a beginning - of community, engagement, and advocacy.
