Having trouble uploading or claiming your reward?
Here are some quick fixes for common issues.
Upload won’t start or move to the next screen
Check your internet connection — uploads need a stable signal.
Large files can take longer; try reducing video size if it stalls.
Avoid private or incognito mode, as it can block uploads.
Refresh the page and try again if nothing happens after a minute.
Camera won’t open
Allow camera permissions in your browser settings.
- iPhone (Safari): Settings → Safari → Camera → Allow
- Android (Chrome): Settings → Site Settings → Camera → Allow
Some campaigns require camera-only uploads, meaning you can’t select from your gallery.
For best results, open the link in Safari, Chrome, or Edge.
Didn’t receive my reward
Check your email inbox and spam folder — rewards are sent automatically.
If you received a Wallet card, try re-saving it using the link on your confirmation screen.
Reward by Selection campaigns send rewards later if your content is chosen.
Make sure your email address was entered correctly.
Campaign says “Ended” or “Limit Reached”
The campaign is closed or the reward limit has been reached.
You won’t be able to upload to inactive campaigns.
Keep an eye out for future campaigns — many brands run new ones regularly.
