Easily connect your Shopify store to 82DASH to automate rewards, sync discount codes, and collect authentic customer-generated content at the moment of highest excitement - right after purchase.

Once connected, you can:

• Automatically issue reward codes after uploads

• Track participation, conversions, and redemptions directly from your store

• Link post-purchase campaigns to your existing customer journey

• Create content requests that connect directly with your Shopify customers

You’ll also have full control over how your codes behave.
Within 82DASH, you can:

• Set expiry dates for rewards

• Choose which collections or products the voucher applies to

• Define product exclusions using collections

• Select between amount off products or amount off total order

Tip: Excluding sale items and specific products helps maintain campaign margins and reward fairness.

Once your 82DASH account is live, you’ll have the option to install the 82DASH Shopify App and authorise permissions. From there, your campaigns, rewards, and analytics sync seamlessly between both platforms.

You can connect your Shopify store at any time by going to Settings → Integrations → Shopify in your 82DASH dashboard.
Please note: you cannot connect Shopify while in the middle of creating a content request - the integration must be set up beforehand.

If you don’t use Shopify, you can still import CSV codes manually or run campaigns without direct eCommerce integration.
