Uploading your photo or video is quick, simple, and works on any mobile device.

1. Tap the campaign link or scan the QR code
   You’ll be taken to a mobile-friendly landing page with a short content brief.
   
   

2. Read the brief
   Each campaign includes clear instructions — what to capture, how to frame it, and what story to tell.
   
   

3. Upload your content
   You can take a new photo or select one from your gallery. Some campaigns may only allow camera uploads for fresh, in-the-moment content.
   
   

4. Enter your details
   Add your email so rewards and confirmations can be sent to you. Some requests might also ask for your name or permission to join a newsletter.
   
   

5. Submit and check your reward
   If it’s an Instant Reward campaign, you’ll receive your voucher and Wallet card immediately.
   
   If it’s a Reward by Selection campaign, you’ll get a digital Wallet card right away and be notified later if your content is selected for a reward.
