Company
The brand or business collecting content through 82DASH campaigns. Companies use 82DASH to gather authentic customer- and community-generated content, manage licensing, and reward contributors.
Content Request
A branded landing page where participants upload photos or videos in response to a brief. Each content request can include campaign visuals, instructions, and a digital reward for participation.
Creator
Any person uploading content to a campaign. Creators can be customers, fans, or members of a community who contribute authentic media for brand use.
Customer-Generated Content (CGC)
Authentic content created by real customers - not actors, influencers, or AI.
CGC provides brands with genuine, rights-cleared material that builds trust and connection with audiences.
Instant Reward
A reward delivered automatically after a successful upload. These can include vouchers, discount codes, or digital Wallet cards that appear immediately after submission.
Reward by Selection
A campaign where only chosen uploads are rewarded after review. Brands review submissions, approve selected content, and issue rewards manually to highlight their favourite contributions.
Wallet Card
A digital reward saved to Apple or Google Wallet that can include promo codes, links, and push notifications. It allows brands to maintain ongoing engagement with contributors through future campaigns or special offers.
