Sharing a Campaign via Print
Sharing a Campaign via Print
Not every campaign lives online. Sometimes the best place to reach your community is in the real world - on a flyer at an event, on your product packaging, or on a poster in-store. That's where dynamic QR codes come in.
A dynamic QR code is a single, printable code with a fixed URL that never changes - but the campaign behind it can. Instead of generating a brand-new code every time you launch a campaign, you print one code and simply reconnect it to whichever campaign is currently live. The printed materials stay the same; only the destination updates.
This makes dynamic QR codes ideal for anything with a long shelf life or a physical footprint, such as product packaging that stays in circulation, event flyers and posters, in-store signage and table talkers, and business cards or leaflets.
Because the code's URL stays constant, you avoid reprinting whenever a campaign ends or a new one begins - just point the same code at your next campaign and it's ready to go.
Creating a dynamic QR code
Head to Settings → Dynamic QR Codes and select Create Dynamic QR. Give it a name that describes where the code will be displayed - for example, "Posters" or "Product Flyers" - so it's easy to recognise later. You can link it to a live campaign right away, or leave it unassigned and connect one whenever you're ready. To redirect the code down the line, just open it and swap the linked campaign; there's no need to reprint or republish anything.
Tip: Pair your dynamic QR code with UTM parameters so you can measure exactly how many visits and uploads came from your printed materials versus your digital channels.
